The information, analysis, scores, recommendations, and content provided by Gemut Health — including but not limited to health scores, biological age estimates, supplement recommendations, dietary suggestions, and exercise protocols — are for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

AI Limitations

Gemut Health uses large language models (AI) to parse and interpret laboratory results. AI systems have inherent limitations and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading outputs. Parsed lab values may contain errors. Statuses are based on the reference range printed on your report, or on standard adult ranges where it gives none; for some values Gemut also shows a narrower optimal range, which may differ from your physician’s clinical judgement. Always verify AI-generated information with your healthcare provider.

Emergencies

If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your local emergency services number immediately (e.g. 999 in the UK, 911 in the US, 112 in the EU). Gemut Health does not provide emergency medical services and cannot respond to health emergencies.

Data and Privacy

Your health data is processed solely for the purpose of providing personalised health insights. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, stored on servers in the EU and handled under the GDPR; some of our providers, such as our AI providers, process it in the United States.
