Meet Noa

One companion.
Body and mind.

Noa is the AI companion inside Gemut. It has two modes: one reads your physical health, the other your mental health. Body and mind are linked — so Noa is one.

Noa Health

From marker to cause,
from cause to action

The mode for physical health and longevity. Noa Health reads your labs not as a set of numbers but as a connected picture — and suggests what specifically you can change.

Mechanism, not a label

Noa Health doesn’t just tell you a marker is "out of range." It explains the physiology behind the number — and turns it into concrete steps for nutrition, supplements and routine.

Reads 78+ blood markers in the context of one another
Explains what stands behind indexes like HOMA-IR
Turns the analysis into a personal protocol and roadmap

Why is my HOMA-IR 3.1? Is that bad?
It points to early insulin resistance — cells "hear" insulin less well, and the pancreas compensates by releasing more of it. The good news: at this stage it is reversible.
I suggest starting with two things in nutrition and fixing your sleep rhythm — then re-checking in 8–10 weeks. Want it step by step?
Noa Mental

Body first.
The name comes after.

The mode for mental health. Noa Mental doesn’t start with a label and doesn’t rush to a diagnosis — first it reads your physiology, and only then names the mechanism.

How it works

We start with what your body is doing

01

Read the state

You describe what you feel. Noa Mental asks about sleep, energy, attention and the body — not "how that makes you feel."

02

Explain the mechanism

What the autonomic balance looks like. Which dominant is running. Which neurotransmitter system is most likely involved.

03

Name what it is

Only now — the clinical term: what it is, how it differs from what it resembles, and what it is not.

Conversation modes

Four modes, one conversation

Noa Mental picks the right mode based on what you bring. You don’t have to choose.

Quick check-in

A short read of where you are right now, and one or two calm next steps.

Deep state assessment

A longer, structured conversation that builds a picture of your nervous system, your dominant and your differential.

Education

Plain explanations of what is happening physiologically, and why a clinician would call it what they call it.

Crisis-aware support

Directs you to emergency resources when needed. Noa Mental is not an emergency service.

Noa Mental does not replace working with a specialist and does not position itself against evidence-based therapy. It is a different way into the same subject — through physiology. Educational information, not a diagnosis.

Why together

Two modes — not by accident

Body and mind share one physiology. So Noa is not two separate products — it is one companion with a shared view.

01

Shared biology

Cortisol, sleep and inflammation affect both your labs and the state of your nervous system. Separating them loses half the picture.

02

One context

Noa remembers your blood work when you talk about anxiety — and remembers your state when it looks at your markers.

03

One language

Both modes explain the mechanism rather than hand you a label. The conversation feels whole, whichever side you enter from.

FAQ

Questions about Noa Mental

Therapy, diagnosis, CBT, ChatGPT, privacy, crisis, pricing — the things people actually ask.

No. Therapy is a regulated clinical relationship with a trained professional. Noa Mental is an educational tool that explains the physiology behind what you are feeling. It does not treat conditions and is not a substitute for professional care.
No. Diagnosis is a clinical act performed by a psychiatrist or other qualified practitioner who has examined you in person. Noa Mental can describe what is likely happening at a physiological level, and which differential patterns fit. The formal diagnosis comes from a clinician.
CBT teaches you to challenge and restructure your thoughts — an approach with strong evidence behind it. Noa Mental starts one layer earlier: it assumes the body has been holding a state — sympathetic activation, an exhausted dominant focus, a disturbed neurotransmitter balance — and that the thoughts are downstream of that. Noa Mental begins with the physiology and names the pattern only after the mechanism is clear. It is a different entry point, not a replacement for CBT.
A general-purpose AI is trained on a vast slice of the internet, including pop psychology and self-help. Noa Mental runs on a focused corpus — classical psychiatry and modern neurochemistry — and is built to explain mechanisms, not to comfort or coach. When it draws on a source, it can point to it.
When you describe what you are feeling, Noa Mental asks about sleep, energy, attention and bodily sensations before discussing your thoughts or beliefs. The physiology shapes what is cognitively possible — not the other way around. Naming the state comes only after the mechanism is understood.
Your conversations are stored encrypted and tied only to your account. They are not used to train external models. You can export or delete your data from Settings at any time.

No. Noa Mental is not an emergency service. If you are in crisis or considering self-harm, contact your local emergency number, or one of the following:

No. It is a complement, not a replacement. Noa Mental can help you arrive at a clinical session with clearer language for what you are experiencing, and a better grasp of the mechanism. The clinical relationship — with a real, accountable person — remains essential.
Noa Mental can describe these conditions in a clinical, physiological frame, and may help you understand what your psychiatrist is treating. It is not a treatment. Active illness of this kind requires medical management and supervision; Noa Mental is an adjunct at most.
No. Prescription is a clinical act, regulated by law and tied to direct examination. Noa Mental can describe how a class of medication works at the neurotransmitter level, but it cannot recommend or initiate any pharmacological treatment.
Noa Mental draws from peer-reviewed clinical psychiatry and neurochemistry. Like any tool that explains complex biology in plain language, it simplifies — and it will sometimes be wrong, especially in edge cases. If something Noa Mental tells you contradicts a clinician who has examined you, the clinician is the authority.
