01Is the app really free?

Yes. The app, your first upload, your Gemut age and the daily question cost nothing. You pay only if you choose Plus.

02What does Plus add?

Plus keeps working after your first upload. Every new test lines up with your old ones, Noa answers your questions, and your plan for food, supplements and sleep updates. You also get a short read every morning, three extra numbers like HOMA-IR, and scan, urine and stool reports.

03How much is Plus?

$9.99 a month, or $99.99 a year, which is about $8.33 a month. In the eurozone it’s €9.99 and €99.99, in the UK £9.99 and £99.99. In other countries the App Store shows your local price before you pay.

04Which plan should I pick?

Testing again this year? Annual comes to about $8.33 a month instead of $9.99. Want Plus for one test only? Pick monthly, and switch to annual later if you stay.

05Can I try Gemut before I pay?

Yes. Plus starts with a 7-day free trial. Cancel in your iPhone’s Subscriptions settings at least a day before it ends, and you pay nothing. You can also open the demo first: it shows a full report on Alex, a fictional person, and how Noa answers, before you sign up.

06How do I cancel?

On your iPhone: Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions. Plus stays on until the end of the period you paid for.

07Can I get a refund?

Payments go through the App Store, so Apple handles refunds. You can ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

08Can I switch from monthly to annual?

Yes, on the same Subscriptions screen on your iPhone.
